Real Age Calculator

This calculator gives adults a rough lifestyle-based age estimate for curiosity and a quick review of everyday health habits.

The interactive real age calculator loads right here. If it hasn't appeared, refresh the page.

Enter your chronological age and answer the lifestyle questions as honestly as practical. Factors may include sleep, activity, smoking, alcohol use, diet, stress, and health history.

Estimated biological age = chronological age + the sum of the calculator's lifestyle age adjustments. There is no universal biological-age formula, so the result is a screening-style estimate rather than a clinical measurement.

Worked example

A 42-year-old receives adjustments of minus 2 years for regular exercise, plus 3 for smoking, and plus 1 for poor sleep. The estimate is 42 − 2 + 3 + 1 = 44 years.

Common questions

Is biological age medically accurate?

Not from a short lifestyle questionnaire. Clinical estimates may use blood tests, physical measurements, or epigenetic testing, and even those methods can disagree.

Can my estimated real age change?

Yes, because lifestyle answers and health factors can change over time. Treat the number as a prompt to review habits, not as a diagnosis or a fixed expiry label.
