hey everyone, im currently running vista 7100 and have tried everyone’s advice so far, although to no avail. even the two registry keys that Ron suggested, I could only find one of in my version.everything ive done has not seemed to change my O.S in any way. thanks for your time and efforts…

hey guys,

i am using Windows 7, 7068 x64 bit version…i followed your instructions exactly, and the watermark is still there….the windows has been activited and is recognised as genuine, but the evaluation copy is still there….any ideas?

Hi, thanks for this trick. I’m using Windows 7 build 7000 and I must say that works much better than Vista. This trick worked too in my build. Now I wonder how to remove the “Send Feedback” link showing on all windows.

My bad, it was turning off UAC completely that broke gadgets, turn UAC back on to get gadgets back. So I do have this stamp removed, and everything working;

Worked but it seems to have broken a few things, like my gadgets. Going back to the old user32.dll
